A página de suporte do Galaxy A04s foi publicada no site oficial da Samsung no Reino Unido, o que indica que o novo celular deve chegar ao mercado em breve. O Galaxy A04s é o sucessor do Galaxy A03s, uma linha de aparelhos bem básicos, mas também muito baratos da Samsung.
A página do A04s no site da Samsung não revela nenhuma especificação do dispositivo, e não tem o manual do usuário disponível. Porém, ela mostra o código do modelo, SM-A047F/DSN, e indica que o dispositivo deve ter suporte para dual-SIM no Reino Unido.
